I stayed here for 4 nights and truly enjoyed it. The staff was extremely helpful and provided useful information. The hotel's location was comfortable, close to the Shinkansen and great shopping malls. Additionally, it was so close to the tram and the main train station. Everything was modern, making it my next choice again in Okayama.

The room of the hotel was well-maintained and adequate with a great view and robes etc, as example. The venue had a central location and it was minute walk from Okayama Convention Center.

The staff at the Downstairs Restaurant, especially the manager, are well-trained and provide excellent service.

It was also conveniently located near Okayama, as well as the train station and convention center. The cocktail bar was great. I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel.

New-fashioned and well-appointed rooms, magnificent views to the mountains in the distance. Magnificent and favourable location for our needs, just off Himeji in less than 20 minutes by shinkansen, the city and Shinkansen trains entering the station, and the 20/F resturant;))

I recently stayed at the Ana Crowne Plaza in Okayama and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The single room I stayed in was small but well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and nice linens. The breakfast room on the top floor offered stunning views and the Japanese breakfast options were delicious. The staff, although limited in English, were helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Okayama.

There is still some potential in terms of speed in the breakfast area (e.g. tables often overcrowded due to the many bowls / plates). One or the other English instructions for the room equipment would also have been helpful. Too little storage space!

The breakfast here is delicious, and you can enjoy it while overlooking the entire city; checking in is quick, the rooms are a good size, and they're well soundproofed, with a nicely lit bathroom.

The rooms here are super quiet so you can get a good night's sleep in those cozy beds 🛌. The staff is really friendly and the facilities are top-notch. Great value overall!

Great location near the JR station, making it convenient for day-trips and transportation. Professional and helpful staff, with excellent language skills. Comfortable room with ample space and quiet atmosphere. Wonderful breakfast with a variety of Japanese cuisines and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
